The weather in late autumn, is the most comfortable season in Taiwan. It is just the time to have a good relax with family, friends and put yourself into the landscape of Sun Moon Lake. The way around Sun Moon Lake had been put into one of the most breathtaking cycling routes around the world. Cycling in the path beside the lake water, will give you a unique and unforgettable memory in Taiwan. Come! This is the bike day! We sincerely invite you to join the cycling carnival in Sun Moon Lake.

06:50 Riders check-in. / Entry stuffs pick-up.

7. Route: Xiangshan Visitor Center (Right Turn) - Xianshan bike lane - Shuishe - Zhauwu- Jiolongko (Return Point) - Zhauwu - Shuishe - Xianshan bike lane - Xianshan Tourist Center, about 10 km
8. Eligibility: All participants are welcomed, especially family, friends come together. The entry limits are 500 riders.
9. Entry fee: 100 NTD per person. Entry fee cover the number information, meal ticket, lottery ticket, feed zone supply, finish medal, finish E-certificate, event T-shirt, souvenir cycling bandana and insurance fee.
10. Entry:

(2) Deadline: The entry will be closed on Sep. 30, 2017 or closed when quota is full. The attendee list will be announced on Oct. 4th on TCF website.
(3) Please copy the entry receipt information as the check in proof.
(4) The personal entry information should be correct to avoid extra problems.
11. Notice:
(1) I am attending the challenge cycling event organized by Taiwan Cyclist Federation of my own free will.
(2) I have read and understand the details of the information and notices offered by organizer of this cycling event with no comment.
(3) All riders should ride their own bicycle and wear proper cycling outfit and helmet.
(4) Conduct complete safety check on your bike to ensure best riding condition and safety.
(5) This is NOT a competitive event and there will be NO traffic control. Please ride according to the traffic regulations for your own safety.
(6) Prepare your own inner tire and tool kit in case of puncture.
(7) Group participation is highly suggested for sharing support and the joy of riding.
(8) Should you experience any discomfort during the ride, please stop and rest immediately.
(9) Riders should carry the health insurance card. If injured during the event, please take medical care on the event day and keep the receipt and diagnosis for insurance claim.
(10) Rider should consider personal health condition before registration. People diagnosed with hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy and asthma are not suitable participants.
(11) Participants will be covered with the Travel Insurance (Insured Amount: NTD 2 million per person) (click here) and the Public Liability Insurance (Insured Amount: NTD 5 million per person). The Public Liability Insurance covers the accident only that Organizer is responsible for. Participants should evaluate own safety regarding personal healthy condition when deciding whether participating this event. Participants should apply other personal insurance policy at own cost when considering organizer offered insurance is insufficient. Please refer to Insurance Policy Webpage for the coverage detail of the Travel Insurance and the Public Liability Insurance (click here). Organizer is only responsible for the indemnity amount with the maximum of NTD 2 million and NTD 5 million per person as the insurance policies offers. Do not register the event if you do not agree with the coverage, items, indemnity amount of insurance policy.
(12) According to the Insurance Law, riders under 15 years old would not be compensated with death indemnity under Life or Injury Insurance policy.
(13) All entry information offered by rider must be correct. Riders bear the consequences of incorrect information if any.
(14) Organizer has the right to publish or share all videos, photos, race results related to this event on media, internet, gallery... etc. Attendee and riders must recognize the right of Organizer to use all these material for promotion.
(15) Riders and participants should agree with the Organizer to terminate or pause the event in case of attendee and rider's health condition and route safety.
(16) If the weather on the event day is bad, the organizer will announce the new event policy before the riding started. For example, the organizer may cut short the riding time limit or shorten the riding distance…etc.
(17) In case of extreme weather conditions or a local government suspension of traffic on the event route, the Organizer retains the right to delay, to terminate or to postpone the event, change the time limit of check point, to alter the route at any time. In the event of such cases, all information will be forthcoming at the appropriate time.
(18) Cherishing the natural environment, riders are forbidden to litter all the way of riding route.
Anyone doing so will be immediately disqualified from the event.
